I saw something online yesterday, but I can no longer find it. Can you help?

As seasons change, so does our merchandise. As an independent retailer, we stock small quantities of many items, to ensure we have something for every person. Thus, it is very possible that it has become no longer available as our merchandise shifts towards the next season.

Is everything available online, available in store as well?

Our online webshops, and our stores, are all stocked with a selection of merchandise geared to each individual market. It is one of the advantages of being an indepdent retailer, that we have enjoyed for over 100 years. Hence, there is a difference between what is on each one of our webshops, and each store.

Do you do special orders?

We care about each and every one of our customers, and if there is something that you see we have, but not in the right size, or colour; please call us at 705-847-0488 and we will be glad to speak with you.

How long does it take for your shipping?

As we are based in Ontario, Canada, our central location allows us to ship in a timely manner to many places nationwide and throughout the US. However, shipping times to vary. If you are worried about the time something is taking to ship, please call our customer service team at 705-847-0488.

Can I have a gift bag?

Yes, your online order could come with one of our crimson, craft paper bags! Please enter your request in the notes section of the shopping cart.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

We are currently in the process of setting up a gift certificate program for our e-commerce division. If your gift recipient lives in northern Ontario, however, please call us on 705-847-0488 and we would be happy to provide you a gift certificate.

How long have you been in business?

We have been around for almost 140 years! Our customers locally, in Little Current and in Elliot Lake, continue to come on back throughout the generations. We are proud to carry our long history for superior customer service, online.

Where is your merchandise designed?

Many of our suppliers are Canadian, and as such, we are proud to stock over 80% of our webshop with Canadian designed goods!

Where do you ship?

We are pleased to ship anywhere in Canada or the United States. If you are outside of these regions, please call us on 705-847-0488.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
